### 說明

在 YOCTOL.AI **腳本** 中預設的 **`轉接真人節點`** 為平台內建，由 預設回覆 節點中的按鈕觸發，可以讓顧客在跟機器人對答時切換成真人客服模式，與真人客服對話。詳細設定方式，請參考[設定轉真人客服功能](https://docs.yoctol.ai/settings/switch_to_human)。
